As the founder and CEO of Luxury Palm Bali, he oversees the comprehensive development and realization of luxury real estate projects in Bali. His role involves everything from conceptual planning and design to execution and sales, ensuring the highest standards of quality and luxury are met. Juraj is committed to building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, driving business development initiatives that result in significant growth and profitability.
Dominika Kratka Dominika is a highly skilled professional with a strong background in international relationships, diplomacy, and business management. As the co-founder of Luxury Palm Bali, she plays a crucial role in the conceptual planning, design, execution, and sales of luxury real estate projects. Additionally, she is the founder and managing partner of DOTTA CREATIVES INTERNATIONAL, specializing in architecture design and custom furniture. Dominika is dedicated to creating luxurious, innovative spaces that reflect the highest standards of quality and elegance.
